When things don’t go our way, it’s a blessing in disguise.
Something more helpful happens as God always has better ideas.
Everything that occurs is part of His plan also known as divine providence.
Relationships we lost were because He saw, heard, and knew things we didn’t.
When we don’t get the job and God provides one more suitable.
We don’t like His Holy ordinances when it hurts but it does us well.
Suffering no one likes but it’s an opportunity to unite with Christ and grow.
It’s a chance to accept hardship with love, offer it up, and excel in sanctity.
Our pain will not bring us down or be in vain if think of the good it does.
For the conversion of sinners including ourselves and to share in His agony.
That He be not alone in His hurt from our actions and tribulations.
The most good requires trials, agony, and endurance.
Otherwise how come God found it necessary to sacrifice His only son?
Would we do the same? Give up our child for the salvation of souls?
Contribute in smaller ways by accepting our trials as a way to give back.
If it means we learn to be holy, feel peace and commit to virtue, it’s worth it.
Challenges are Heavenly gifts as a time we have a chance to shine.
Be more like the saints as God expects us all to become.
To tread rough waters, rise above, and voyage the narrow route.
That most are not willing or able to make, Heaven is for the few to take.
As He always has, God will comfort, strengthen and guide.
Never was there anything we couldn’t handle or that He didn’t provide.
Our constant help; always there. On the cross proved how much He does care.
Much love and God bless,
Aimee Cabo
