If we want something good to happen we should work for it.
A relationship with God takes effort. To avoid even the most insignificant sin.
What most call venial sins, but I believe any disobedience to God is grave.
We love Him above all things so we try our best to be loyal in every way.
If someone else left anything out of its place, quietly put it away.
If someone forgot what is needed gladly do it for them.
If we can be a shoulder to lean on, let them win even when feeling justified
We lift others by standing strong in our faith and resolve, placing God first
Knowing He is watching and asked we treat others as we would like done to us
So we are helpful every opportunity, and think what else we are able to do
Praising God and praying much daily in spite of what we go through
To take care of each other and look after another’s well being pleases God.
We know by the Holy Spirit what is right and we choose His will every time
No matter how many different ways the Devil tries to discourage.
Let’s not be fooled into thinking it’s not a big deal, it’s okay or nothing is wrong.
Those little sins add up taking us further from optimizing a bond with God.
We fall out of grace by one sin, loosing all the hard work and starting again.
In the details; whatever we are capable of in small ways, we are in the big too.
Be it sin or good deed, it must start from somewhere and progresses either way.
Holiness starts with caring about all of God’s creation especially each other.
Self care as we are a vessel of our holy God’s perfection not to take for granted.
Jesus always wanted us to be at peace and live abundantly with joy.
For which He left instructions written in the good book, the Bible
And guided by His Holy Spirit that we are blessed to have within
How aware or in touch with the divine depends on our actions.
The more we commit to God the more He moved mountains for us.
He is the way, the life and the light, love to die for, loving Him back, only right.
Much love and God bless,
Aimee Cabo
