Just the other day our kid apologized to friends even though she wasn’t wrong.
She wanted peace and God delivered, she praised Him right away.
At first thought it was her doing until saying “God is good, I love him.”
This kid barely knows pride and she did it for the glory of God.
I understand why God said we must be like a child to reach Heaven.
Glorifying God in the small things turns second nature and we will do so always.
Big or small, it doesn’t matter. Loyalty is the same if the spirit is willing.
Suppose a family member forgets to do something and it affects us.
Driven by compassion that the other does not feel inadequate,
we ask God for help and to guide us to be exactly how He would like.
We do whatever they missed, ourselves; quietly, no mention or complaining.
Surely God will remind and provide the patience needed until then.
Satisfactory that we were able to please God by being more like Christ.
So many opportunities we have and different ways to glorify God.
Pray that He makes us aware so we can climb the Holy mountain further.
To Glorify Christ is to carry the cross along His side and enact hard work.
It’s for everyone, not easy but not impossible and smooth if close to God.
Do what is right and God will take the battles. Pray and don’t give in to fear.
The only concern is not loving Jesus enough or not having His Spirit near.
To live for His Glory is an honor, despite hardship or reward.
How great are thou, our living God that provides what we implore.
One way or the other turns out best, how could we ask for more?
You never let us down, the king of peace whom we adore.
Much love and God bless,
Aimee Cabo
