Studies show gratitude instills lengthy good living, happiness, and better health
Who are grateful tend to see the brighter side and have healthier coping styles.
We are most grateful for every blessing not to forget God’s benefits
Treat each other with kindness or at the very least how we prefer it for us.
So grateful for God, we choose humility, refusing to prioritize our defense
Self-preservation leaves us feeling quite empty and promotes undesired conflict
While owning our faults and showing remorse helps us feel complete
To follow His ways and adhere to God’s word is the true source of peace
Can we appreciate what He has done and provided if we don’t put it to work?
We seek Him in every way, constant in mind and fervent prayer.
We can ask the angels, saints, those in purgatory, and Jesus to pray along.
So they can fill in for the times we get distracted when praying much.
Prayer is gratitude, the start of humility, and strength leading to virtue.
Not taking anything for granted counting the many blessings and miracles
We focus on giving our best; knowing most things we do only once.
Talents are gifts, moments are burrowed and those we love, amazing graces
We tend to our home, family, friends, and pets which we don’t deserve.
To include washing every one of the dog’s paws after each bathroom use.
Brushing their teeth twice a day just as we ask our kids to do.
We optimize our days by keeping busy in being helpful and productive
Not to be discouraged by a lot of work. The trend is that farmers live longest.
Deny the flesh and answer to His spirit willing to sacrifice.
No greater Joy; it all falls into place by discovering loving God alone will suffice.
Much love and God bless,
