To me it means don’t believe everything you hear, read, think and don’t be taken in by the things of this world. Consider first thoughts or negative thoughts and feelings, temptations and think past it. Think through most everything, using common sense and do your research. The best common sense is to commit to God’s word. For example as in critical race theory. Didn’t God say not to Judge. When we are tempted to doubt our loved ones, didn’t God say; Love means believe all things, and when we feel like giving up, he also added that loving means to endure all things, bear all things and hope all things (1 Corinthians 13:7). If we love God we follow through with our loved ones and all that happens in life. God said “you will know them by their fruits.” What are the fruits of Halloween, but gluttony of overeating candies, which can cause cavities and getting too full to consume proper nutrition.
Normalization and glorification of the Dark side. I Learned that most satanic rituals and witchcraft happen on Halloween. Notice how most immorality takes place as in Mardi Gras and October fest, the month which they pick to celebrate fall. Yet we don’t celebrate spring for birth of flowers and refreshing of nature. Keep in Mind if God has a holiday, the birth of Jesus in December, Satan must have a holiday also. As such we don’t not partake in any of it’s activities, costumes, decorations, parties or handing out candy, but we will have a sign to educate the kids when they approach our home. Committing to God’s word who says we are our brothers keeper and the kids may not know different. Any time we are tempted to gossip, complain, be upset or lose hope, think…would this please God? If not, then it’s a temptation. So please be vigilant for our own good, which is what God wants. #GodisTheCure #InspiredByTheHolyGhost #Godisgood 10/27/21
