Gratitude in the rain

#MercifulPouringGrace

It’s not about how many prayers we do each day (Matthew 6:7-8)

How many masses we attend a week, or how often we pray (Acts 20:7)

It’s not about doing good when it’s easy and when it benefits (Proverbs 3:27)

But when doing good seems too hard or appears a significant loss (Galatians 6:9)

It’s about taking a leap of faith and being willing to endure the cross (Hebrews 12:2)

It’s about being willing to share in the garden of agony united by His fire (Matthew 26:36-46)

It’s about setting flesh aside and making Him our greatest desire (Romans 13:14)

Never to run from the storms, dance in the rain (Isaiah 43:2)

In gratitude for His perfect will, as we give Him our pain (1 Thessalonians 5:18)

The world passes, we are His, making Him first, the God who stays (1 John 2:17)

It’s about praises and worship amid so many things going wrong (Psalm 34:1)

Unshakable Faith in His wisdom and power let Him be our strong (Isaiah 41:10)

Even if prayers seem unheard and the storms are constant, nonstop (Jeremiah 29:11)

It’s about denying self each and every chance there is (Luke 9:23)

Rebuking fear and doubt, letting go, as every outcome is His (Isaiah 41:10)

It’s doing the uncomfortable when it coincides with His word (2 Corinthians 1:5)

And living His will to the rhythm of His heart in peace and humility (Matthew 11:29)

Those rare opportunities in which we truly shine, which evil discourages (Ephesians 5:11)

Gratitude in the rain regardless the pain (Psalm 84:5-6)

Believing in His divine love, finding hope in His mercy (Lamentations 3:22-23, Psalm 33:18)

Trusting His justice in whatever form it arrives (Psalm 37:5-7)

It’s about complete surrender every moment of our lives (Romans 12:1)

Giving of self, as small as can be, prefer to be last (Matthew 18:4)

Knowing He’s got us even when we stand alone (Isaiah 41:10)

It’s about living in and for Him in all that we do (Philippians 1:21)

That by Him in us, light defeats darkness despite all we go through (John 1:5)

Much love always, and God bless you generously
