Ever-present help

Father I know You will help us as You always have (John 14:16-17)

Our very present help in every trouble because of who You are (Psalm 46:1)

Holy, all good, merciful and loving more than we’ll ever now (Lamentations 3:22-23)

Incomprehensible Your charity with a mind higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9)

But thank God we are Your dear children whom You adore (Ephesians 5:1)

Willing to sacrifice Your life to save our souls (Matthew 16:25, Luke 9:24)

What else would You not do for those who love You (Luke 6:31-35)

Father, I trust in You no matter how bad it can go (Habakkuk 3:17-18)

Your will is perfect and we will prosper by Your grace (Jeremiah 29:11)

Comfort I don’t deserve but please don’t hide Your face (Psalm 102:2)

Your presence is what I need most to endure (Exodus 33:14-15)

Give me more reason to pray knowing You’re the only cure (James 5:16)

Never is our pain in vain, You have greater plans in mind (Romans 8:28)

So amazed by Your wonder, no greater love we’ll ever find (John 15:13)

Many foes, what can I return for Your kindness to me (Psalm 116:13)

Every opportunity look to Your word, what You would like (Ephesians 5:15-17)

Our confidence and hope, eager to serve You more (Hebrews 3:6)

Make us Your instrument of love and peace we fervently implore (Matthew 5:9)
