Be glad

If God humbles us be glad for He cares and loves us (1 Peter 5:6-7)

Let’s live and learn, to our old destructive ways not return (Proverbs 9:6)

My God so beautiful and true thank You for being so good (Psalm 100:5)

So sorrowful for offending You help us be who we should (2 Corinthians 7:10, Romans 12:2)

Without You, music loses sound, lest we be Heaven bound (2 Corinthians 13:5)

That we live like Christ among the living on solid ground (Galatians 2:20)

Lead us in the path of salvation to fulfill the purpose of human creation (Ephesians 2:10)

Gracious Lord, grant us wisdom and a willing spirit (Psalm 51:12)

Tried and true, that we do anything for You (Joshua 1:16-18)

Set us apart that others may see Your goodness (Matthew 5:16)

Let them taste the sweetness of Your ways (Psalm 119:103)

Your might, care, and fairness in accordance with His grace (Psalm 89:14)

That through us they may know, that nothing takes Your place (Psalm 83:18)

keep us in Your hold, strong, courageous, and bold (1 Corinthians 16:13)

Save us from the scourges of sin and evil attacks (2 Thessalonians 3:3)

Satisfy our desire, let us not tire, be disciplined and ready to fight (Hebrews 12:11)

That they will know You are God as You strike Your hand (Ezekiel 21:17)

Mercy to redeem, in justice and truth, steadfastly we stand (Psalm 89:14)

His will is perfect in all that happens, no need to understand (Psalm 89:14)

But the power is Yours, and to You belongs our loving-kindness (Psalm 62:12)

What can we do in return for all His benefits and love (1 Thessalonians 5:18)

That has us complete and peacefully focused on the above ( James 3:17)

That when many are against us, You be the only choice (Romans 8:31-39)

And when deception overshadows truth, be our loudest voice (Ephesians 4:15)

Confident in our God and king, the One in control (Proverbs 19:21, Romans 8:28)

For You, Holy Lord are a shield to guard us and heal the soul (Psalm 3:3, Psalm 41:4)
