You have always been faithful to me, my Lord (Psalm 119:90)

It takes the cross and denial of self to follow You (Matthew 16:24)

Through tears, You know our pain, oh God of mercy and Justice (Psalm 56:8)

We believe in Your reign, nothing gets past You (1 Corinthians 4:8)

Thanks for being our anchor as the waves come crashing through (Hebrews 6:19)

I know I am never alone, and You have always kept me close (Deuteronomy 31:8, John 16:32)

Even when I strayed, You reminded me of the one You chose (Psalm 139, John 15:16)

And now forever in Your hold, hurt, but not destroyed (2 Corinthians 4:9)

For You are bigger than anything evil throws at me (Romans 8:37)

Good God almighty, if not for You, no one would be free (Luke 18:19)

But with Your eyes to see and words to speak as You reside in me (Matthew 13:16, Acts 26:18)

All glory to You with my life in Your hands perfectly carried (John 17:4)

Sweet surrender to the cross that unites us (Proverbs 16:5)

You God, is all I need, Your comfort and love even if not felt (2 Corinthians 1:3)

Guided, forged, perfected to Your will and strengthened (2 Timothy 3:17)

Still, I have a long way to go as all roads lead to You (Matthew 7:14)

And You decide if and when I get where I should be (John 14:3)

Grateful for Your patience and the lessons that always do us good (James 1:3-4)

So it is okay with my soul, in the highs and the lows, for You are in control (Psalm 46, Isaiah 66:12-13, 2 Corinthians 3:13-18, Philippians 1:12-2)
