God’s law in two

To love God above all things and love each other (Matthew 22:37-39)

To love as God has loved us, with compassion and kindness (Colossians 3:12, Ephesians 4:32)

To love others as thyself and do unto others as we would like done to us (Jeremiah 31:3, Psalm 119:76)

Much too often, this one law of the two most essential, we fail (James 2:10)

Pray for the blind and lost, as life is fragile and we can be frail (Psalm 90:12)

Satan works on pride, especially among those wanting to be or do good (Isaiah 14:12-15, James 4:6, Proverbs 16:18)

We should not think we are doing good but serving God, focused on Him (Colossians 3:23, Ephesians 6:6-8)

To see ourselves as good is a trap; only God is good (Romans 3:1-8, Mark 10:18; Luke 18:19)

Forget what we think, don’t act on emotions only His word (Proverbs 3:5-6)

If we think of His ways before we speak or do, we can’t go wrong (Proverbs 15:28)

Oh, but many are the troubles of His children, there goes another cross (Psalm 34:19)

So sorry, too bad, God is bigger, greater the love, it’s Satan’s loss (Revelation 12:12)

My Faith will not waver, I am covered by His blood (Romans 4:20)

His presence keeps me going. God, thank You for making me strong (Philippians 4:13, 2 Timothy 4:17)

Hail Holy King, again, this one is for You, it’s You to whom I belong (Ephesians 5:1-2, Hebrews 13:15)

I pray we focus on Your holy works exemplifying Your love (Ephesians 5:28)

At Your beck and call, never surrender or fall (Romans 12:1, Psalm 55:22, 2 Peter 1:10, Psalm 91:7)

I place my trust in You to be with us in everything we do or go through (Psalm 56:3)

You, Almighty Lord and God, are my fortress, my refuge, my glorious savior (Psalm 18:2)

Oh, that sweet face embellished in the love of His most precious grace (Ephesians 1:6)

Truly, You are good, never leave You alone, here I am rain or shine (Genesis 28:15)

You showed us love that we can love others to His glory divine (1 John 4:7)
