Sweet surrender to His rescue

Oh sweet Lord, thank You for blind faith even when it looks too scary (2 Corinthians 5:7)

We try to do our best, and Satan doesn’t stop trying to sabotage (Ephesians 6:11-12, 1 Peter 5:8, James 4:7, Romans 12:21)

Making us think we don’t stand a chance, but wait, we have God (Psalm 50:15)

These storms are blessings as they give us a reason to believe (Ephesians 3:20)

In a God, and a father greater than our problems, and the Most High (John 14:28)

Satan, don’t mess with God’s children, we are covered by His blood (James 4:7)

We are saved because of God’s goodness, for we can’t do enough (Ephesians 2:8-9)

But faith is required, for without it, where is the trust in Your might (Hebrews 11:6)

Never has there been a dark scenario You didn’t make right (Psalm 103:10-18)

We love, we forgive, we turn the other cheek, and You take on the fight (Matthew 5:44)

How are we to lose for every battle in our lives? You already won (1 John 5:4, Romans 8:37)

When on that cross, for love, You placed Your Most Holy begotten son (John 3:16)

So crosses I will embrace, a small token for the greatest gift of salvation (1 Corinthians 12:31)

For You, Lord, have our backs and will provide according to Your glory (Philippians 4:19)

Which His grace will suffice; there will be nothing we lack (2 Corinthians 12:9)

God has a perfect plan and knows what we need (Jeremiah 29:11)

But what great confidence, to know His love when His word we heed (1 John 4:16)

Heaven-sent Mercy, gracious God, refuge in the storm (Psalm 57:1)

God of Justice and mightiest protection, worthy of all praise (Psalm 145:3, 2 Samuel 22:3-4)

To have You in our lives, be loved by You, no greater divine grace (Psalm 23:1)
