hoping we are kind to ourselves and treat others as we would like
Satan can make us feel bad for no good reason and suggest negative thoughts
Dismiss anything not of God even what seems holy ask Him to show us the truth
In the name of Jesus, is the best way to fend off evil spirits
A sign of the cross, holy water, oil, or salt can be a good tool
We belong to Christ equipped with His Spirit and nobodies fool
Demons will instigate, using loved ones, pets, and strangers as well
Whatever frustrates or makes us lose hope, fight it with faith
We study God’s word and act upon it as a divine shield 
We stop to think before speaking; “what is the best way I can say this”
We don’t blame others for things we should have done or did
To always look to ourselves first, what could I have done better?
Looking for opportunities to practice virtue even when it’s hard
Deny ourselves and place Christ at the forefront instead
Considering others and their good, before our own interest, to God’s will
Doing what is not asked, required, and beyond expectation
With love, even help those sick to God’s sweet elation
To give of oneself, loyal and true, tender and kind, the brave and the few
We do for others quietly and bless those most in need
To love anyway and gracefully take on adversity is how we proceed
In growing stronger with God the longer He is within
Before we know, it gets easier by His good Justice, no more do we sin
The most genuine form of freedom is to be a saint
And only do what Jesus would every time without delay
Feel His glory, be in His grace, and feel not right when we don’t pray
For the love 
of God, we live our life each moment of every day
