God is the Cure

#MercifulPouringGrace

When we are lost we don’t calculate the consequences and make poor decisions

The blind are unable to see as clearly as those who have been given sight

Poor souls suffering not really knowing what is genuinely right

Loving Him is how we best discover His love for us and Divine Might

Expect it to be a challenge when caring for those most in need

With His help, we can drive out demons and nourish Christ’s seed

Don’t forget how He pulled each one of us out from the drenches

And returned more than we ever asked, a new creature, better than imagined

Should we receive and not give back? It’s the least we can do for Jesus Christ

What we must suffer doesn’t even come close to His cross that continues

Oh, how awful we can be, compared to how good, pure and Holy is He

But to endure out of love for Him is the very best we can give

To love anyway, let God transcend every cross each time we forgive

For the hurting is who Jesus needs us the most, not those easy to get along

The more humble before our trials, the more our weakness turns strong

Dismiss overreactions for small storms that evil will instigate

Think of the Saints before us, and what they took on, and try to relate

The more treacherous and harder the battle the greater the glory for God

And highest the blessing received since more merit there is in service for others

Rejoice when it gets draining and quite difficult to do, that is when it truly counts

Above all is to grow in love for God and get a taste of what it is to be like Christ

Share in His agony, help carry the cross, valiantly serve at His will

No hardship no trophy, so stay on God’s narrow path that does fulfill

Christ has ever kindly loved us protected and raised us even till after we die

Privy to everyone’s cry, Hail Holy King, oh Gracious Heavenly Father, Most High

Much love and God bless,
Aimee Cabo 😌❤️🙏
