Loving Father

Sweet Jesus, thank You for Your love and mercy (Psalm 107:1)

You always take care of us so well and graciously provide(1 Peter 5:7)

Oh, how the enemy attacks, and slowly we learn to hold back (1 John 3:8)

Lashing out or running away does not help; as God does, we stay (Deuteronomy 31:8)

And so we take on the cross, offer it up, and fervently pray (Galatians 2:20)

Mass is transformative, as is His word by the Holy Spirit (2 Corinthians 3:18)

Our comfort and guidance that divine light through the dark (Luke 1:79)

We may feel beaten down, but it’s great to be humbled (Psalm 147:6)

Less of me and more of Him, let me be small and He be tall (John 3:30)

Mold us Father, whatever it takes, we patiently wait (Romans 8:25)

Your timing is perfect, can‘t wait to meet at that pearly gate (Isaiah 60:22)

When we are low, that is when You are closest to take the tow (Psalm 23:4)

Our captain in rough waters, as You calm the sea (Matthew 8:26)

Never have I been more at peace than with Christ in me (John 14:27)

Thank You, Lord, for those who pray for us, especially our blessed Mother (1 Corinthians 15:57)

You don’t cease to amaze us, despite us falling short (Proverbs 24:16)

Precious is to wake up with Him each day in gratitude (Psalm 90:14)

The giver of all good things, mostly our heart and fortitude (James 1:17)

A love we can share with the ones so special in our lives (John 13:34-35)

And the hurting, the lost no child of God let behind (Matthew 18:12-14, Luke 15:4)

We conquer in faith, never give up, keeping God in mind (1 John 5:4-5)

Our inspiration, Almighty God and loving Father, ever so good and kind (2 Timothy 3:16)
