If we have a loved one in trouble and desire to help it must start with us.
So we can be confident that our prayers can be certainly heard
The prayers of a righteous person has great power as it is working, 5:16b ESV
Blessings are on the head of a righteous man Proverbs 10:6
He that is righteous is favored by God 1 Nephi 17:35
The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much, James 5:16
Proverbs 15:29 – The LORD is far from the wicked: but he heareth the prayer of the righteous. James 5:16
Although no prayer is ever wasted, at times lessons must be learned first
Not to give God reasons to correct us out of the love He has for us
But to sacrifice, and obey no matter what for the love we have for Him
To love Him is to do what most will not following His word
Is to go against the flesh and things of this world that are not of Him
Matthew 12:30 He who is not with me is against me
Three main principles, be pure, prioritize what is right, and love
Most crucial is to love Him for He will grow our hearts and soul
To understand God’s ways and plan, a hand in everything, in His control
Smooth our path, establish good works, increase faith, endure and peace ensure
We don’t participate in evil thoughts, talks, actions, entertainment, or holidays
Sloth, pride, greed, envy, hatred, fear, violence, impurities, and obsessions
Much more. Nothing dark that separates us from His grace for God is light
Constant vigilance, for every time we are tempted we should fight
Become more like Christ, seek Him in every way and pray much every day
Greater than the blessings we receive is to be a blessing for His people
Which He calls “little ones” How great a love from a God, that must be
If not for anything, to be there for each other and those in need
Connections to consequences now are evident so we exceed
To blossom this thorny rose from the Holiness of His planted seed
