God is the Cure

The broken window is a criminology term indicating all things must be investigated

A broken window can be the start of worse crimes to come

In the same way, if unfaithful in the little things, we can be in the big ones (Luke 16:10)

That is because sin is progressive, and the consequences get worse

God allows this because often, we are blind to sin until it’s obvious

The good news is that “Whoever is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much” (Luke 16:10)

We do even the smallest things right and to the best of our ability

Besides, I reserve calling sin venial. Any offense to God is profound to me

What does it mean to love God above all things? Are there exceptions?

How about mistakes or sins, unaware by weakness or lack of virtue?

We are all victims of the manipulation of the evil one but adored by God

They say confessing insignificant sins at the beginning of mass is enough

But saints reflecting His wisdom said every single sin under the sacrament (Matthew 7:24)

That when we confess venial sins, it helps deter falling for mortal ones

Not dismayed by what others say, have the courage to give God His due

God is bigger than any evil or sin, and from His love, nothing can separate (Psalms 139:7-12)

His paternal love and compassion are unparalleled and eternal (Psalm 103:2-4)

There are no rules to how hard we try; God knows our hearts, and He gets us

Trust His might to give us rest, be kind amid adversity, and love your best (Matthew 11:28-30)

God is the strength that keeps us going, full of hope in His guiding light ( Philippians 4:19, Matthew 6:31-32)

Almighty, providing faith and resolve, impacting souls to Heaven’s delight

Place the blame on Satan and pray for everyone. We are all in it together

Momentary struggles don’t compare to paradise with Him forever (Romans 8:17)

Much love and God bless,
Aimee Cabo
