We need God to be able to do good and practice virtue
Bad decisions and outcomes come from evil that God allows
We might feel cursed as if having a streak of bad luck
It is demons we all deal with in this world of exile as our training ground
At every instance we have the option to do what is right despite the temptation
Sadly, often we choose the flesh rather than the Holy Spirit
God created the universe and all living things for which much beauty exists
It is when acting in goodwill to God’s precepts do we feel at peace within
Difficult to be okay with oneself should we give in to sin
For which we daily pray for strength and wisdom to refrain from evil ways
That all we do is only what is God’s will, and to help us not disappoint
The more we please God by our actions the better our relationship gets
The closer we are to God the smoother the cross and sacrifice
For the ability for us to reach sanctity and sainthood, Christ paid the price
By His grace we are healed and made complete with Him as one
Give our body, mind, heart and soul to the Father, the Holy Spirit and the Son
Made in God’s image we are meant to do good and exemplify His love
Say to self “I am a child of God,” believe it, own it, claim it and act like it
Even if we believe it’s impossible for us to be a saint, live as one
God adores His children, never leaving anyone behind
His mercy has saved many souls from the dying to the blind
Don’t hold back, He is a God of miracles and it includes us all
It takes loving God, never giving up and coming through with His call.
