God is the Cure

Aimee Cabo, host of The Cure Radio Show, Award Winning Author and Transformational Speaker

Do we love God the way we should or even come close?

Have we considered that there is no such thing as a small sin

That any disobedience to God is big, who for us sacrificed His only Son?

Unfathomable love and inexhaustible mercy help us go on

The reason we exist, have a sound mind and free will and His to be done

As perfect as He is, so is God’s plan looking out for our good

Guiding every step that we comport as we should

Oh, the blessing daily even the fact that we wake up and gifts that keep coming?

We hold back from the honor to receive Him, should we disobey

Self-perseverance, disbelief, sloth, or complaint, it’s pride anyway

Loving Him is to be faithful in everything He said, first we must confess

Even if feeling awkward the many times we stay back and pray

Keeping humble before God covering our strengths to appear plain

Dedicate the entire day in service to God in every way

Putting others before us, walking away; choosing humility in conflict

Courage in the midst of fear, willing to be uncomfortable for the sake of others

Going beyond expectations, thriving in silence, and preferring to be small

Willing to sacrifice every chance there is especially when it is very difficult

Aiming for excellence, offering our best, bowing down to His call

Remember He rewards us according to our work and it can be tough

Need Him to be holy for our capacities are never enough

Declare His praise by our words, virtue, deeds, and goodwill

Fasting two separate days as the least of our sacrifices, not much we could offer

To a king from a slave, the glory to God in reverence to our Heavenly Father

Who gave us much more than we asked including a holy Mother

Prince of peace, nothing we go through compares to what we should do for You

Our life, beginning to end, steady, loyal, divine, eternal, and true.

Much love and God bless,
Aimee Cabo ????❤️????
